Requirements:

1. Registration Form Fee:

-     Rs. 500 (for NEB/HSEB Board)

-     Rs. 1,000 (for other Boards)

1. Photo copy of SLC/SEE:

-     Mark/Grade Sheet                         - 2 copies

-     Character Certificate                    - 2 copies

1. Photo copy of NEB/HSEB: 

-     Transcript                                       - 2 copies

-     Provisional Certificate                  - 2 copies

-     Character Certificate                     - 2 copies

-     Migration Certificate                    - 2 copies

-     Original Migration Certificate

1. PP Size Photo                                      - 2 copies
