Call for Papers

Dear Authors 

Madan Bhandari Memorial College, a non-profit making community institution, established in 2001 to impart quality education at an affordable cost is pleased to announce the publication of 4th Volume of the Journal of Productive Discourse (ProD), an interdisciplinary journal. The first, second and third volumes of the journal are now available at college website and NepJol portal as well.

In this regard, we would like to invite you to submit your articles for the forthcoming volume (IV) scheduled to be published on Jestha 3, 2083 BS (May 17, 2026). We request you to send the articles by Poush 30, 2082 (January 14, 2026)

Submission Guideline 

Research paper prepared in MS word template with double – column in single spaced typed pages should be submitted electronically as attachment at prod@mbmc.edu.np.

Manuscript Preparation Process 

1.    Authors should follow APA 7th Style of formatting (Table, figures, in-text citations and references) strictly. 

2.    The abstract section should include background, purpose, methodology, findings, implications, and keywords. Keywords should not be more than 3 to 5 and they should be arranged in alphabetical order. 

3.    The research paper should be organized as follows 

a. Introduction, 

b. Research Methodology, 

c. Results and Discussion, 

d. Conclusion.

4.    The length of the article should be 4000 to 8,000 words.

5.    A separate copy should be submitted with the title of the paper, author details such as full name, affiliated institution, e-mail address, Orcid ID, phone number of corresponding author, and self-declaration of plagiarism free.

6.    The journal team will format each article and share with the author for final review which must be checked and returned within the specified time frame.

Journal of Productive Discourse invites authors to submit critical readings and research articles from above mentioned areas for review and consideration for publication. Articles that bridge disciplines and theories and link contemporary discourses on business conditions, practices and actions with the needs to make life better, fairer, sustainable and equitable receive preferences for publication in the journal. Submissions must be unpublished original research. Authors must review the Submission Guidelines section. 

Upon acceptance, authors are required to sign an author agreement with the journal publisher, Research Management Committee, Madan Bhandari Memorial College.
