Notice Regarding Viva Voce Examination – BASW 3rd Year

This is to formally inform all BASW 3rd Year students that the Department has scheduled the Viva Voce examination for the course Community Organization (SW 425 A) on Shrawan 15, 2082.

To assist with the preparation of your report papers, the standardized template has already been shared in the student WhatsApp group. All students are required to adhere strictly to this format to ensure consistency and uniformity in submissions.

Please note that the Viva Voce serves as part of the University’s external evaluation for the Board Examination. Absence from this evaluation will result in a failing grade in the practical component of the course.

Viva Details:

• Orientation Time: 8:00 AM
• Venue: Room No. 10, Block C, MBMC

Important Requirements:

• All students must attend the Viva in full college uniform.
• Students must carry their examination entrance card without fail.

Your cooperation and punctual attendance are expected.
